CBC players enjoyed considerable success at the Summer Festival of Bridge.
Melbourne Cup - November 2023
The afternoon bridge session on Melbourne Cup day included sweeps, refreshments supplied by the Club, and a prize for the best hat or fascinator.
Kerry Butcher's Farewell - September 2023
We bade farewell to our longstanding stalwart in the office, Kerry Butcher, who has moved interstate. Kerry has been a dynamo within the club, and will be missed by us all.
Learn to Play Bridge for the Under 30's - December 2022
On Sunday 11 December, the Club hosted "Learn to Play Bridge for Under 30's" - lots of fun, with pizzas provided for lunch.
Teams of Three - August 2021
Teams of Three was held on 1st August 2021, with 3 category winners. There was also a prize for the "Happiest Team" and a Lucky Door Prize.
Reopening after COVID - 3 July 2020
During the COVID lockdown, the Club was closed. Bridge was only played online. Social distancing measures when the Club reopened made our table arrangements a bit different. Having fun and keeping safe.
