From the President:
Those of us at the Quiz Night last Saturday had our brains stretched in many ways by the Machiavellian mind of our Quiz Master, Richard Hills. Many thanks to Richard and his efficient assistant Chris Stead. $954 was raised to be split between the club and our charity Barnardos.
Have you noticed the new curtain in the foyer? This was a plan of an earlier committee with a view to lightening the appearance of the foyer. Our thanks go to Bev Crossman for her skill and hard work in making the curtain and to Val Carmody for providing the material.
I look forward to seeing many of you on Sunday at the Australian Bridge Magazine Southern Tablelands Teams.
Are you driving to the VCC tournament in June?
Would you be willing to bring back packs of cards for the Club?
Please contact Ian Robinson.
