Bridge for Kids
A wonderful morning we had on Tuesday. We hosted 28 children ranging in age from 5-15 and their minders (ages undetermined) for a fun morning of cards. Four tables played mini bridge, two “go fish” and one played hearts, and one played bridge. The children’s behaviour was impeccable and their ability to pick up new skills was very pleasing. The general consensus was “when can we do it again” and his will be .......... the 1st Tuesday of the next School Holidays.
A big thank you goes to all those who helped out. Elainne Leach and Chris Sheen in particular set the scene perfectly. This would not have been possible without the help of many special people.
